1 onion, diced (or 1 cup chopped onion)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound mushrooms, rinsed and chopped
1 cup toasted walnuts
¼ cup cider vinegar
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon turmeric
