This delicious, protein-rich dressing can be used on salads or as a dip for meat, chicken or vegetables. Garlic is an amazing immune-boosting, antimicrobial food. It also lowers your blood pressure and optimizes your cholesterol. And the taste of this dressing adds a zesty zing to anything it pairs up with. Plus, macadamia nuts offer up a nice, creamy texture and silky finish.

Ingredients

1 cup of macadamia nuts
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon of dry mustard
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
⅓ cup of water
⅔ cup of extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the oil in a blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
  2. With the lid on and using the blender fill cap, slowly drizzle in the oil and blend until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste for seasoning and add more salt or black pepper if desired.
  4. Store in an air-tight glass jar and refrigerate for up to five days.
