Recipe: Easy Lemon and Balsamic Salad Dressing

Sweetened with agave nectar to give your salad a whole new life

Why buy a bottle of salad dressing when you can make your own? This easy-to-make recipe tastes great and contains simple, fresh ingredients. It can be used to top your favorite salad, seafood dish — or any meal for that matter!

Ingredients

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (may be substituted with dry parsley)
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in small bowl except olive oil.
  2. Whisk while slowly adding the oil until well mixed.
