With the sweetness of mango and coconut, our Tropical Breakfast Bowl provides a bit of an island retreat.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup whole-grain oats
1/2 cup mango chunks
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
1. Combine the almond milk and oats in a small, microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave on high for 6 minutes.
3. Stir, then let it stand for 2 minutes.
4. Top with the mango chunks, walnuts and coconut flakes.
