Fruit kabobs with honey yogurt dip

This simple, sweet and healthy treat is delicious and good for you, too. Probiotics in the yogurt introduce beneficial bacteria to your gastrointestinal tract and can help support your digestion and immune health.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pasteurized orange blossom honey
  • Grated peel of 1/2 orange for flavor
  • Prepared fruit (ripe banana, melon, canned fruit or peeled apples work well)

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, honey and orange peel in small bowl and refrigerate.
  2. Cut fruit into bite-size cubes. (Dip fruit lightly in lemon juice or orange juice to prevent browning.)
  3. Serve fruit kabobs on toothpicks with drizzled dip over top.
