Recipe: Sweet and Sour Turkey Meatballs

Comfort food done the healthy way

Sweet and sour turkey meatballs

This recipe offers a tangy sweet and sour taste but calls for ground turkey breast instead of ground beef, cutting down on calories, fat, and saturated fat. Here’s a tip: Always compare nutrition labels for meats, if available. You’ll notice ground turkey is much higher in fat and calories than ground turkey breast.
