One 12.3 ounce container light silken tofu, drained and mashed
¼ cup egg substitute
One 15 ounce container reduced-fat ricotta cheese
One 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 ½ cups grated fat-free mozzarella cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh basil, or 2 tablespoons dried
3 cups tomato sauce
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
