Recipe Chia Guacamole
You may have never thought to throw some chia seeds in your guac. But this guacamole truly packs a super healthy punch with the addition of nature’s true superfood. 1 1/2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced with juice
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon jalapeno, charred, peeled, seeded and finely minced (optional)
3 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
